  • FAQ
Question: I purchased the United traction cleats and I received two lefts. I did not receive a right and a left. I ordered the 18 spike size large in black.
    1. Answer: The traction cleats do not distinguish between left and right. The "L" stands for the size "Large".
Question: I ordered 3 pairs of crampons of different sizes. How can I tell them apart?
    1. Answer: The size is marked on the heel of the elastic band, size M - "M", size L - "L", size XL - "L +".
Question: I purchased a pair of your traction cleats about two months ago and loved them so much. However, I broke the "u" shaped metal piece the heel broke in half...... I use them for ice fishing. Please let me know how to move forward.
    1. Answer: Please send us the order number and some pictures of the broken part. We will do our best to help and provide a best solution.

    Unigear vs Micro Spikes

I have tried both Unigear spikes vs Micro Spikes and find they are both great for walking/hiking snow and ice covered trails but Unigear is half the price.

    Spikes work really well.

    Excellent on ice

I love these cleats. They make walking in snow and on ice so easy. Used them for the first time today and they were awesome!

    Slip and Slid? No more.

After moving up to Alaska a number of years ago. I started doing a lot more winter activities. With the best of boots id slip and slide up and down many a trails. After the Ice traction cleats were put to use. Slipping and a Sliding was a thing of the past. I could go up and down the steepest of icy trails with out a concern. Easy to put on, stayed in place on my boots. Most importantly kept me from falling on my keester. Great product doing the Job it's supposed to do. Tim
