My wife and I ordered 1 set of cleats each on the same day in 2 different orders. I got mine within 2 days and she got hers 6 weeks later due to many different mistakes on their part and their refusal to send her cleats when they realised they made yet another mistake along the way. The person at customer service refused to send my wife her cleats and was not very cooperative. My wife then (after a few weeks) finally succeeded in contacting another person at a different email adress for customer service and thanks to this person she finally received her cleats. The phone number for customer service is in China and their regular email service is very slow. We chose Unigear thinking it was a canadian online store (because we paid in canadian money) thinking it would be fast and simple. This was our worst online shopping experience ever.
Equal to or better than Kahtooli microspikes at a third of the price. I’ve switched for good.
Product came in on time and exactly as advertised. Then the ice melted so I have not been able to use them.
I never received the package. December 27 they still had not arrived. I moved to 515 W Sprague ave apartment 617 and forwarded all mail. No packages have been delivered either. Will you send out another set to new address or look up where they were delivered or not?

I have tried both Unigear spikes vs Micro Spikes and find they are both great for walking/hiking snow and ice covered trails but Unigear is half the price.
