Ordered gloves off of the website. Gloves came in the mail and were X small. Reached out and was told that’s what I ordered. Went back to the website and that was the only option so I guess that is what I ordered. Contacted them again and asked if I could return. No response. So I’m stuck with gloves I will never use. Oh well, will donate to the Samaritan house. Done with unigear. A shame b/c I’ve ordered multiple stuff for skiing from them. Beware of what you order b/c you won’t be able to return something you don’t like or can’t use.
The Ultralight Air Sleeping Pad is a "you get what you pay for" product. While comfortable, expect limited lifespan – mine failed after only a few uses despite careful handling, developing multiple irreparable punctures. Not a worthwhile investment for frequent use.
Bought this hand warmer for my girlfriend, who always seems to be cold and out of power for her phone when out on hikes… After charging all night it still didn’t work… Product is garbage
After 2 I’m disappointed. The first one cut out on Bluetooth regularly. It wasn’t terrible, but it was consistent. This is unlike any other Bluetooth headphones I have had (over 10). I thought it was defective so got a new one right away. Next set exact same problem. I have but don’t use at all. Replaced by others that while more expensive actually work.
Could be louder but just loud enough. What’s really frustrating is several times now, only one will connect. I’ve tried everything, hold button for up to 30 seconds to reset, forget the device on my iPhone, reconnect, again and again. Only one will put out sound, I turn that one off, and the other one will connect, turn the other one back on, and it won’t connect. Really annoying to have to fuss with them on the ski lift, spent an hour messing with em today, not how I wanna spend my time on the slopes.
