If you aren't satisfied with the product you received, following is the rule of return & exchange.

If your product covered by this warranty fails due to a manufacturing defect we will repair it without charge, or replace it, at our discretion. Only original, unaltered and unmodified items are covered. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use. Damage not covered under warranty may be repaired for a reasonable rate and a fee will be charged for return shipping. Unigear’s Satisfaction Guarantee policy doesn't cover ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by improper use or accidents

UNCONDITIONAL is committed to exchange or refund any product that would not suit your expectations if returned within 30 days of its actual receipt (this allows for any delays on our side in the sending of your order).

Cancellation/Changes

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We process and ship orders quickly. Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.

Please note that any orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be cancelled.

Warranty Contacts

Orders older than 30 days: Please email service@unigearshop.com. To ensure you have a valid warranty issue and to help get it resolved as quickly as possible. Please make sure your email and item falls within the following guidelines:

  • Item displays a manufacturer defect. Therefore it is not damaged as a result of natural wear and tear or accidents resulting in broken gear.
  • Please provide as much detail as possible in your email. Include the order number, purchase date, and a brief description of the issue. Most importantly please attach photos of the item including the defective area. Requests must have pictures included in order to be processed.

Exchanges & Return

Sometimes you need to exchange a product for something else—it happens. The fastest way to exchange a product is to return your original purchase and place a new order at the same time. Immediately placing a new order ensures that you’ll get the new product quickly and that it won’t go out of stock while you wait for an exchange. You’ll receive a full refund for items returned in a new, unused condition. Refunds and credits are issued as soon as your return is received by our Returns Department.

Make A Refund

For returns, the shipping and return costs are at your expense ( if you have qualified for free shipping, and you then decide to return the item/s, the initial cost of delivery will be applied and taken from the refund - unless the item is faulty or is being exchanged for another size or item). Please make sure that any returns are sent with the order number and your name clearly included as a minimum.

In order to return an item, please contact our customer service via Email or Messenger preferably using the Contact Link at the main menu of the website, stating your order reference number. We will try our best to assist you as soon as possible. To facilitate your request, do email your inquiry with the picture(s) of your item(s) & its condition and your order details for our record purposes. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in new condition, unused, and in the same condition that you received it with the original packaging. To ensure the fastest, most efficient processing for your return, please include your packing slip, and be sure to fill out the bottom portion with any relevant return information.

Please note: all international returns must be sent back via Postal Service only. Unigear is not responsible for duties and tax credits for color and sizing issues.
