I wanted to return an item because it is the wrong size. I sent an email requesting to return the item and was told I needed to submit pictures of the item and the packaging so that they may determine if the item is resaleable. I submitted the requested pictures but have yet to receive any reply to my initial email or any following emails. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ORDERING FROM THIS COMPANY. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS!
The best budget sleeping pad on the market, R value of 2 and super comfortable. The Unigear team are professional with excellent communication. Highly recommended product for 3 season camping.
I have only used the sleep pad once but it was the first time I have managed a full eight hours sleep while camping.
It was comfortable and quiet. It is really well designed and a good size with the ridges keeping you on the mat and giving good support either laying flat or side sleeping. Love it
