I wanted to return an item because it is the wrong size. I sent an email requesting to return the item and was told I needed to submit pictures of the item and the packaging so that they may determine if the item is resaleable. I submitted the requested pictures but have yet to receive any reply to my initial email or any following emails. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ORDERING FROM THIS COMPANY. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS!
